About The Founder
Founder & CEO at TARGE and a second generation entrepreneur & Director at MDIPL (Multi Decor India Private Limited).
A software engineer at heart, Pradeep has a curious mind and strives to bring in technology at every process to make businesses seamless and cost effective. After having spent over 5 years in Tata Elxsi as an engineer, developing and implementing various software for clients, he decided to join his father's business as a Project Manager to learn the ropes in 2009.
Within a short while, he catapult MDIPL by 30x and took over the reins as a CEO. Managing a portfolio of some of the largest Governments, Defence and Fortune 500 companies - Internationally and nationally working with marquee clients like Larsen & Turbo, Shapoorji, Statkraft, Kajima, BECIL, CRPF and many others.
Pradeep has been a recipient of multiple accolades and recognitions from MSME, Dainik Jagran, Times Group, Hyundai, L&T.
He has spoken at various industry events and panel discussions on Digitization, Implementation on Digital Technologies for MSMEs. Pradeep is a Stanford Seed GSB Graduate and a Post Graduate from IIM-Indore.
